The tutor will video call your child at the date and time that was arranged. They will tailor the teaching to your child’s individual needs and then set homework to consolidate their learning. At the end of each session, the parent/guardian will receive verbal feedback from the tutor.

Each session is individually tailored to your child. The tutor will assign work and homework depending upon your child’s requirements. At the end of each the lesson, the tutor will give the parent/guardian verbal feedback about the session.

All you need is a modern computer, laptop or iPad (PC or Apple) and a webcam with audio capabilities. You may find that many laptops and iPads have a webcam inbuilt already.

You will need the following free software for the tutoring sessions:

• Zoom (for the video call)
• Google Drive (to access worksheets and tasks)

• Ensure your computer and webcam are working properly 10 minutes before the session starts
• Your child should be in an open area such as the kitchen or family room with at least one adult present during the session
• Please ensure the area is relatively quiet with minimal distractions
• Ensure your child has all their subject material ready at the start of the session

Yes, you can reschedule your booking at no cost, as long as we have at least 24 hours notice. If you want to cancel your lesson and receive a refund, there is a small refund fee of 2% to cover bank charges.
